Right of Withdrawal - 14 Days

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, which transposes EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without having to justify your decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided by law.

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the date on which:

  • You or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the products
  • In the case of multiple products ordered in a single order, from the date of receipt of the last product
  • In the case of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the date of receipt of the last lot or piece

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Notification

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (for example, by email, phone, or letter).

2.3 Meeting the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

3.2 Refund Method

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

3.3 Refund Withholding

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earliest.

4. Returning Products

4.1 Return Deadline

You must send the products back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day period expires.

4.2 Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by you. We recommend using a courier service with delivery confirmation.

4.3 Product Condition

You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Products must be returned:

  • In the original packaging, if possible
  • With all accessories and documents received
  • Unused and undamaged
  • With tags and seals intact

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Customized products or products made according to consumer specifications
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed
  • Products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Before Shipping

You can cancel the order at no cost if it has not yet been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@mimora-watches.com or by phone at +40 750 463 661.

6.2 After Shipping

If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the package upon delivery or exercise your right of withdrawal after receipt, according to the procedure described above.

7. Return Procedure - Steps

  1. Step 1: Send a withdrawal notification by email to retur@mimora-watches.com, indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
  2. Step 2: You will receive confirmation of request acceptance and return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Step 3: Pack the products securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Step 4: Send the package to the indicated address using a courier service with tracking.
  5. Step 5: After product verification, you will receive the refund within 14 days.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a product I have worn?

You can try the product to verify its nature and characteristics (as you would in a physical store), but you should not actually use it. Products that have been obviously worn may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

How long does the refund process take?

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products. The actual crediting time depends on your bank (may be an additional 3-5 business days).

What happens if the product arrives damaged to you?

We recommend photographing the products before shipping and using appropriate packaging. In case of damage during transport, it is important to have proof of the condition in which you sent the product.

Can I exchange the product instead of returning it?

Yes, you can opt for an exchange. Contact us to arrange the exchange for another product.
