Estimated Delivery Times

  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of World: 12-20 business days

Made-to-Order / Manufactured Products

For watches that require manufacturing or customization, the delivery time may be extended by up to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the product and component availability.

We will notify you by email about your order status and estimated shipping date.

* Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday) or due to customs processing for international orders.

Courier Services

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery of your products:

  • Romania: Fan Courier, DPD, Cargus
  • International: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS

All packages are insured and shipped with signature on delivery to guarantee delivery security.

Each Mimora watch is delivered in:

  • Original Mimora presentation box
  • Certificate of authenticity
  • User and care manual
  • Warranty card
  • Discreet outer packaging for protection and privacy

Shipping Costs

  • Romania: FREE shipping on all orders
  • European Union: FREE shipping on all orders
  • Rest of World: Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped:

  1. 1. You will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB)
  2. 2. You can check your order status in your account
  3. 3. Or you can use our tracking page with the code received

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
