Shipping Information

Delivery Times

  • Romania: 2-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of World: 12-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and apply only to products that are in stock. If the product needs to be manufactured, the waiting time may increase up to 3 months.

Please also note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Romania: Free shipping on all orders
  • European Union: Free shipping on all orders
  • Rest of World: Shipping costs calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status in your account dashboard or using our order tracking page.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.

Returns Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer rights (OUG 34/2014), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without justifying your decision. For the complete procedure, see our Cancellation Policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The watch must not show any signs of use or wear
  • Original purchase receipt or order number must be provided

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at retur@mimora-watches.com with your order number
  2. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Securely pack the item with all original components
  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Wrong item sent: We cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
