Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mimora website and the purchase of our products. By accessing the website and placing an order, you accept these terms in accordance with applicable Romanian legislation, including Government Ordinance 21/1992 on consumer protection, Law 449/2003 on the sale of products and associated guarantees, and Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights.

  • "Buyer" - any natural or legal person who places an order on the website
  • "Products" - watches and accessories sold through the website
  • "Order" - the electronic document by which the Buyer requests the purchase of Products
  • "Contract" - the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer

3. Order Process

3.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

  • Select the desired products and add them to the cart
  • Fill in the delivery and billing details
  • Choose the payment method
  • Review and confirm the order

3.2 Order Confirmation

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. The contract is considered concluded when you receive the order confirmation.

3.3 Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will contact you to offer alternatives or to refund the amount paid.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 Prices

  • All prices displayed on the website include VAT
  • Prices are expressed in RON or EUR, as applicable
  • Delivery costs are displayed separately before completing the order
  • We reserve the right to change prices, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of placement

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard) - through the secure NETOPIA Payments processor
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery - available only for deliveries within Romania

4.3 Payment Security

Card payments are securely processed through NETOPIA Payments. We do not store your card data on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

  • Romania: 2-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions.

5.2 Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. They are clearly displayed before completing the order. Delivery may be free for orders above a certain value.

5.3 Package Verification

Please check the package upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please note this on the delivery document and contact us immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to justify your decision. For complete details, see ourCancellation Policy.

7. Product Warranty

7.1 Legal Conformity Warranty

According to Law 449/2003, all products benefit from a legal conformity warranty of 2 years from the delivery date. In the first 12 months, any non-conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

7.2 Commercial Warranty

In addition to the legal warranty, certain products may benefit from an extended commercial warranty. The details of the commercial warranty are specified in the accompanying warranty certificate.

7.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Damage caused by accidents or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications to the product
  • Damage caused by water exposure (for non-water-resistant products)

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of MIMIRS NEXUS DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. or is used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (couriers, suppliers)
  • We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from product use
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance of contractual obligations in case of force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreements, we encourage you to contact us to find an amicable solution.

11.2 ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution

11.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts in Romania, in accordance with applicable Romanian law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
