All Mimora watches are covered by a comprehensive 24-month international warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Movement and mechanical components
  • Watch hands and dial defects
  • Case and crystal manufacturing defects
  • Strap and bracelet manufacturing defects
  • Crown and pusher functionality

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)
  • Water damage due to improper handling or exceeding water resistance rating
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Battery replacement (for quartz watches)
  • Straps and bracelets (natural wear items)
  • Loss or theft

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Provide photos of the defect if requested
  3. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the watch securely to our service center
  5. We will assess the issue and repair or replace the watch within 14-21 business days

Our warranty is valid worldwide. No matter where you are located, we will honor our warranty commitment and ensure your watch receives the care it deserves.
